CommonCraft, the blog of Lee Lefever, is a site that is high up my reading list. That’s why it comes as no surprise to find that Lee’s recently manage to explain, in a way that business people from outside the community sector can actually grasp, the way that consumer engagement via online community can change the way businesses develop products and services.
