Robin - have you cloned yourself? How do you find time to hold down a job, be a partner and father, do a part time degree and blog as extensively as you do?! Or do you just not sleep?

You've hit the nail on the head - it's sleep that falls out of the equation! I also save time by not spell checking ;-)

I'd be interested to hear comments on the discussion paper. I'm not sure I've got it all right and could use some feedback to iron out various bits, add some relavent case law, etc.

Hi Robin

Am downloading for a read later this week. Thanks for the link to it.

Robin

My stepdaughter has been receiving defamatory texts from a former boyfriend, and he has threatened to send similar texts to her current boyfriend, and post similar messages on "Facebook"

Simple question: Under UK law if he does so could the texts and/or the Facebook posts be considered libellous and if so could we pursue a legal case?

Your advice would be much appreciated.

Kind regards

Dave McKeag
