Last week, I had the pleasure of speaking at the Chief Marketing Officers Congress in Sopot, near Gdansk in Poland. I used the opportunity to introduce some of Edelman’s thinking about the stakeholder environment brands exist in, the multiplicity of touch points between an organisation and it’s stakeholders, and Edelman’s public engagement framework.Here are the slides:

I'm currently the Director of Edelman Digital, London. Previously, I've held a variety of roles including Head of Social Media at Dachis Group Europe, Acting Editor of the BBC Blogs, and Executive Producer at ITV.
