Establishing the Social Brand of a Mobile Handset Start-Up

I’m pleased to have been involved – working alongside Flipside Group [now part of Weber Shandwick] and T/F/D –  in the successful launch of a new mobile handset brand, Wileyfox.This London based brand offers innovative design and great specifications at extremely competitive price points. The two Cyanogen powered handsets, Swift and Storm, are now available in key markets across Europe and the Middle East.

I handled pre and post launch social strategy and execution, digital advertising (across search, social and Amazon Marketing Services) as well as social customer care. In the words of the client, I “did more than anyone to create the voice of the brand”.

Like most complex accounts, this client is working with a range of agencies, large and small, across a variety of channels and disciplines. We’ve slotted in nicely, helping Wileyfox achieve measurable success across digital and social channels.
